citroen berlingo van 2003 1.9 d - citoren berlingo non starter - woggle1981

i have a citroen berlingo that wont start i bought as a none runner with engine managment fault and is eco mode had it plugged in and have been told its the comms 200 unit so i replaced and put a new battery on still none starter ?? the air bag has also been deployed ?? and has been standing for a year or two any help plz folks cheers matty

Does it have an inertia fuel cut off valve? If so this could have triggered when the air bag went off.. Check that you have fuel coming through to the pump.
