Citroen Xsara - How do I --- remove front windscreen wiper arm - gramar

Citoren Xsara phase II on a 52 plate. One wiper arm is not parallel to the other. I need to lift it off and reset it. It seems not to have a removable cap hiding a locknut so I assume it is splined on and just needs a good steady pull?
