Somewhere to eat near Swansea - Knowledge Boy

tomorrow i am driving London to Swansea along the M4 to catch the Swansea cork ferry. we usually eat at the Marriot near the port. i would appreciate some bR ralternatives for a good meal near Swansea at about 6pm

The only place we ever found to eat was a Wetherspoon just up from the ferry port in a main road called Wind Street - very aptly named.

I know you said 'good meal'...

That would be the somewhat curiously named "The Bank Statement"

If you want a pub The Bay View on the sea front does quite a good Thai menu.

Thanks for the advice.I didn't pick this up until I was in Ireland. I went to the Taskas tapas restaurant in Salubrious Place which is at the start of Wind Street. Brilliant street names. I will try the Bay View next trip
