Don't know this particular vehicle, but if the problem is removing the outer part of the bearing from the hub, this can usually be achieved by running a ring of weld metal around the inside with an arc welder, when it cools the bearing will shrink and should be able to be removed fairly easily.

You should find there is a slot or two in the casting, so you can use a thin punch to knock the old bearing out. it should be simple.
