Audi A6 + RS6 - Tiptronic Gearbox - gasoil

I have an a6 3.0tdi quattro, when shifting from 2nd to 1st it ocasionally will be slightly rough, do you think I should get the fluid changed? its done 80k & is a 2005. Its not multichronic or DSG. Thanks
