Hello,

The Back Room is open again.

We're as pleased to have it up-and-running as you are to see it open again.

It's been a busy few weeks getting the Back Room back as it should be. It's been tested by a large number of users and is now in a state that everyone should be happy with. Thanks to everyone who came forward to help with testing. It was very much appreciated and we couldn't have done it without you. There are some great new features - such as the text editor in replies and 'predictive' drop downs when you type a car name - but it's still very much the Back Room we all know and love.

It's also a good time to introduce our new moderators: Avant, BorisTheSpider and WellKnownSid. Plus, of course, rtj70, who everyone should know as a moderator from before the re-launch. Please give them your support and try not to make life too difficult for them!

We're sorry to have had the Back Room out of action for so long. We had hoped to launch it at the same time as the new site, but this sadly wasn't to be. We don't want to dwell to much on the past or on what's gone wrong, so if you have any questions or queries, please address them to: updates@honestjohn.co.uk, rather than posting them in the main forum.
