Just bought a second hand Fiesta with only 15k on the clock from a dealer. It was serviced before we collected on Christmas Eve. Noticed on the drive home that it cut out when foot on clutch going around a round-a-bout with loss of power, power steering stopped as a result. When clutch let out engine started again and all was well from there. Same thing happened (at same round-a-bout) last night when daughter was driving. I?m going to give the dealer a ring but any ideas?

Could be one or two things. Perhaps the most likely is a defective ECT (engine coolant temp sensor) if it only cuts out when cold.
The dealer can pull out fault codes and perhaps keep the car overnight and look at live data from a cold start.
