For those who have been looking at that discussion on pedestrians on the raod thread, I found this when having a dig around... those of you who like a bit of nostalga at this time of year have a gander! Plenty of motoring ones btw!!

SWMBO gave me a double DVD set of 1950s National Coal Board films - brilliant. If I only had time to watch them all I would buy a complete set of British Transport Commission films as well. I think the source now is the National Film Institute.

Not looked at your link yet, but I would guess there are some Rail/Snow ones as well. Some can be seen on YouTube.

Some good old films there. Just watched the one about the invention of the jet engine and its inventor Frank Whittle. Excellent.
