SWMBO gave me a double DVD set of 1950s National Coal Board films - brilliant. If I only had time to watch them all I would buy a complete set of British Transport Commission films as well. I think the source now is the National Film Institute.

Not looked at your link yet, but I would guess there are some Rail/Snow ones as well. Some can be seen on YouTube.
