Fuel, air oil pollen filters good quality oil for starters.
Are you doing this yourself or taking to a local indie?

Not sure on the mondy what is best im sure owners will be along to advise, fully synthetic like millers long life would be my choice but get some options of the owners on here.
As for the rest a full brake check check all bushes brake pipes suspension springs etc.
A good indie might supprise you on cost they need the work and can be competative this time of year mate.!

ok mate thanks for that. will get her on it first thing.

Not sure if its at all possible but I would try and get the dual mass flywheel checked. Depending on the daily use it gets they can start to fail as low as 40k, any good mechanic will know the tell tale signs of one starting to wear.

thanks for that track, will get her to mention it when she is ringing around.

Ford Formula E 5w/30 is the oil you need.

it does about 20 miles a day 5 days a week then about 50-70 at weekends.
