99 1.9d cold start - elite
wont start when cold but wonce started it will start all day new glow plugs is thar a cold start solanid

Connect a voltmeter between one of the glow plug terminals and earth, if all the plugs are working you should have about 10 volts in the glow plug mode for about 20 seconds. If you have nothing the relay is possibly faulty.
