The 28th Feb 2010 cut off date
I understood was the last day one could do the paperwork & place an order, to be delivered inside 16weeks/four months. So one could be taking delivery in June/July 2010.
However the scrappage update as at 26-11-2009 on this forum seems to say that one must take delivery before 28th Feb 2010
