He lost it on a roundabout.
What a wally.

"the back end skipped out while I was going around the roundabout"
"My dream has always been to own a sports car but this is in a different league"
And clearly way out of your league sunshine.
|
...."paid £8,000 to hire David Gallucci, 33, a Lamborghini Murciélago....."
So we're giving Italian cars Italian names now?
Bad grammar.

'Skipped' indeed...

I love how rich people, or well wedged people are coming up with new ways to make them selves poor. Paying £8k to hire a car and then crash it just madness.

Just yesterday evening, at Junction 19 of the M60 a black Ferrari 360 came off the motorway, onto the roundabout, driver floored it as he came off the roundabout (it was raining heavily at the time - the idiot) and it span off the road causing heavy damage to both ends of the car. He ended up right across three lanes of dual carriageway and got out looking very sheepish.
The most impressive part was the fact that the car was removed and the road cleared of all debris within 90 minutes.
It was so completely the wrong day to be driving a very powerful, rear engined, wide tyred, lightweight (relatively) car.

Amazing how often it turns out that brain power is inversely proportional to wealth (see footballers)

...Bad grammar....
The pic is credited to SWNS, so I think it's a case of agency copy, badly subbed, or subbed not at all.
