Did you refit the timing belt with everything timed-up properly?

What happened when you started it or attempted to start it? Did it go, did it bang, would it even turn over?

both camshafs turn ok, but the crankshaft only turns slightly then solid.
when i try to start the car there was no bang it just stoopted and clicked,im not sure how to time it it i know the cam marks should be at top but the cankshaft wont turn any more than a slight turn so i cant set that up. thank you all for your comments can anyone help more on this i no idea what to try next thank you

Have you sorted this one yet comrade?
Did you move the camshaft or crankshaft at all when you replaced the pump?
Re-check those timing marks - then do it again!
You could remove the spark plugs & try turning the engine over *BY HAND GENTLY* on the crankshaft pulley but stop if you feel *ANY* resistance.

the crankshaft only turn slightly then solid i can move it back again.

Take the plugs out and using a proper timing tool.
