hi i have a petrol ibiza sport 1.2 i have problems when i refuel it wont start again when i do get it started it wont always rev properly and my temp gage does not move even though the engin is hot i then it runs fine again till i put petrol in again help

I don't know much about modern petrol engine but I would suspect that the temperature sensor is faulty, that can cause all sorts of other problems if its output is fed to the engine ECU.

If its linked to refuelling, there could be a problem with the fuel tank breather causing fuel starvation. This would cause difficult starting / poor engine response.
This wouldn't cause the temperature gauge to fail though - could this be a separate issue?

It could be that after refuelling is the only time it is started hot, otherwise the OP might drive to work, home, shopping in each case leaving it a good while before it is started again.

i just got my car put on a test thing sorry i dont know the name but it has came back with 17925 main relay circut elect malfunction 16804 cat system bank 1 effeceincy below threshold 16705 ignition distributer engin speed circle range performance 16514 02 sensor circut malfunction bank 1 sensory 16502 engin coolant temp circut high input is this really bad or does it just sound bad trying to find out how expensive to fix

It sounds as if one (hopefully simple) problem might be generating all those spurious fault codes....the real question you need to ask is: how to avoid replacing everything that's "faulty"on a trial and error basis, to only find it doesn't fix the problem....
That said, you don't mention what the problem is, a mechanic needs to use his eyes ears, and nose, not just a computer!
