When is the new Nissan Micra due?

To answer my own question!!
This week's Autocar has a sketch of the new model (looks like a Corsa)
It is due out in October 2010 and will be built in India.

So what is happening to the Sunderland Micra line? If its built in India lets hope its nothing like the Pixio with its cheap Lada esque plastics.
I agree the Micra badly needed replacing though its far too long in the tooth now.

I was given a 09 plate Micra automatic as a courtesy car while my car was being serviced and it was a truly dreadful thing to drive, i couldn't wait to return it !
