Facelift - Petrol
When @ tick over there is odd noise what can only be described as water "burbling" as if running through pipes somewhere - increase the revs and its not noticble or has stopped.
its allmost like putting your ear to a house radiator and listing to the water going through or better example the noise a washing machine makes when its emptying the water through the waste pipe at the back. but only very, very slightly.
A odd noise i know but does anyone have any ideas - many thanks

Check the water level!
Sons had car at Uni - carswitch on , music blares heard nothing.NI.
I switched of radio / CD player and low and behold water noises.
Low water - topped it up, radweld and 4 years later sold with no additional problems.

im a little worried the car has only done 25k, and is only 3 years old

It could be aircon/CC refrigerant, this makes hissing and gurgling noises.

I hope so, would this be the case even though the Aircon/CC is switched off?

Hi I have checked the water level from cold
there it is about 2mm below the "cold" mark on the expansion bottle, and ASFAIK there is nothing mixing in the water
The oil is "clean" so to say there is no "mayo" and its full of oil
Any Ideas?

Sounds like an air lock in the cooling system
Take off the radiator cap, top up expansion tank, idle car engine...................with luck air should be expelled!

Sorry for the delay in replying back it was only last friday when i got round to topping it up, as somedays after a long run it would sound ok
Anyway as it was only a milimeter ot two under the "cold" line i topped it up, and it seems to be perfectly quiet. but im still listing out for it as ive only driven it on the saturday this weekend and this morning
I wonder if its dropped slightly as ive just started to use the heating as apposed to having the heating off all summer
