I'm looking at hiring a car when I'm abroad in Spain. I'm into the small print. I know what CDW means, what what about these?

These are just a global standard shorthand for the car types.
M= Mini (meaning something tiny rather than a MINI).
E = Economy, such as Fiesta
C = Compact, such as Focus.
The third letter may mean manual transmission. Not sure about the others.
Exactly what is offered varies between hire companies.

We got charged for a full tank of fuel on collection at Malaga. I believe that this is quite common.
£30 something for a Fiat Panda.
Other than that, Solmar (via Holiday Autos) were good.
