A12-Witham Exit-Balloons & Laughter! - tack
Due to problems with trains on NXEA this evening, I picked my son up and took him to Witham to get his car. As I came off the A12 exit ramp at Witham there was a desolate looking shack pretty much in the middle of nothing on the left proclaiming "Balloons & Laughter" I thought the whole thing looked faintly creepy and menacing, I was expecting creepy clowns to come out, like in an Avengers episode. I'd hate to break down there in the middle of the night, I'd be petrified!

What a strange shop to have in the middle of nothing. Anyway, with laughter being in short supply right now, how much a kilo?

Been there a good while Bought a load of balloons there a few years back for a party.

They do some great designs but the ones with the smiley faces do look oddly sinister.

That sounds like the kind of place that Mr Jelly/Jolly would get their balloon from. Is it near Psychoville?
