04 2.2 Gearshift Issues 2nd To 3rd - Lerxst

I purchased a pre-owned 2.2 dci SVE model in June and have been experiencing issues with a lumpy gearchange from 1st through to 3rd, but perfect from 4th through to 6th. It has been back to the dealer three times so far. Visit 1 was to lubricate & adjust the external linkage. Visit 2 was to adjust the clutch and vist 3 was to replace the clutch. After now driven the vehicle around for a week there is still an intermittant lumpy feel when changing up from second into third - sometimes having to nurse it in. Not yet experienced the sound of teeth trying to mesh which I was getting before the new clutch.
Has anyone experienced similar gearshift issues? Is this just one of those niggles that comes with this vehicle? Is there an gearbox issue here such as selector or synchr? Any comments please

I have a 2007 car and the gearchange is perfect.

My Mazda had a gear issue - difficult to get into 1st and reverse - stripped down gearbox (under warranty) to find cogs/synchromesh had stripped - new 1st/2nd & reverse fixed it - first attempts were like your garage tried thinner oil, clutch adjustment etc

Try a gearbox oil change ensuring the latest spec oil for that particular vehicle. I had a sticky 4th to 3rd on a Sorento with 30K on the clock. Fresh oil - smooth as silk.
