Can anybody give me some advice, i have a Mercedes A140 A Class, on a 53 plate, and i need to get a Splash Guard/Inner wheel arch..
Is there anywhere i can go in the UK to get this part, in the UK.
Also i have had the car for 4 months, and i have no manuals/service books etc with the car, so i ordered a Haynes Manual but what i really need is a description of what the lights mean on the dash board... where can i find this from?
Any useful comments will be appreciated.

you could try a scrapyard/breakers for the owner's manual. have you asked merc how much the bits would be? it's a start.

no merc parts would proberly be expensive im looking for other agents that sell merc parts cheaper like euro parts or all parts they dont do merc shame,
|
give them a try, they might not be so stupidly priced.
pattern parts i get from german sweedish and french (GSF) and allparts.

I would search via a breaker on the web, or using yellow pages.
That sort of item would be £5 for our Puntos, at the local breakers

Try your main dealer - some genuine parts are actually cheaper from the dealers than factors.
most dealers these days have an online enquiry form, and they will contact you with the information you require - So it wont even cost you the price of a phone call!

Mercedes main dealer will get you the right part that will fit and at probably the best price. Probably the only thing that Mercedes do well is parts.

Try main dealer for a 'bookpack' or Ebay 'bookpack' 'handbook'.
