Peugeot 307 SW (2002 - 2008) - 04 1.6 central locking problem

04 1.6 central locking problem - jimbob 1106
My central locking won't work, either by the remote or by the key in the lock, i can't gain access, all the doors are locked and neither the car battery or the remote battery are dead. HELP PLEASE.
