Anybody used the Tesco car warranty? I have heard they are supposed to be ok.

Presumably, like Tesco baked beans, somebody else supplies the product and Tesco badge it. The customer service will be slick and the conditions clearly expressed.
At the end of the day though the premiums taken will substantially exceed the amount paid in claims (& if not Tesco will exit the business pretty sharply).
