Royal Automile Club - Post Office Branch - Archie

I've just ordered some Euros from the Post Office and one of the pick up places I was offered was the RAC in Pall Mall. Having had a look on their website they claim it's one of only 3 private POs. I wondered if it was open to the public as it is listed as a collection point and whether anyone had used it?
