Part time motor trade advice

Part time motor trade advice - JS99
Hi,
I'm thinking of starting to buy / sell the odd car occasionally, any advice appreciated for where to begin. I'd want to do it legit, so any recommendations for trade insurance?? I work f/t so any advice around paying tax etc would be appreciated.
