Peugeot 206 hatchback (1998 - 2006) - 01 1.1 cutting out at low revs

01 1.1 cutting out at low revs - rocky_b
Hi guys,

My pugeot is cutting out at low revs and engine management light is continuously ON but it starts up straight away after the cut out.

I have already replaces the Idle control valve and MAP sensor, I have also got throttle body cleaned out.

What happens is if you start the car and turn the power steering or switch the AC on without giving it gas ---> it will cut out. ---> this is making me think now that its the Alternator, am I right here??

Any advice would be appreciated.
