As existing Mazda Customers, we received in the post yesterday an invite to test drive the new 3. As the wifes 3 is only two years old, we declined

Ioskie - thanks for the info, for you to be so specific with the release date, I can only assume that you work for Mazda.
It still seems odd that so little info is being released to the motoring press, as this is an important model in the Mazda range and preliminary road test reports have been excellent.!!
|
No i do not work for Mazda. I recieved a letter from them stating as an existing owner I qualify for 0% finance. This stated the launch date as 18 May.
|
Well the 18th May is now well passed and still not a single word in the motoring press re the new Mazda 3 !!!!
If the 18th was the official launch date, why the veil of total secrecy/silence????

Why not get yourself 'signed-up' here for future e-mail updates/info:
www.newmazda3.com/en-GB/launch_diary
Perhaps they're delaying the launch until they've gone live with their brand new website?
Remember that call for entries for 'usability developmental test sessions' that appeared on here last month. I contacted the guy and was selected to participate. Spent a fascinating hour in a cutting-edge 'design' environment (momentarily made me miss my previous life, but the moment soon passed) and the rest of the day doing galleries and topping-up my culture content!
Anybody else want anything 'testing' for cash whilst I'm on?...

Was getting my MX5 serviced yesterday at Border Cars Mazda in Dumfries. 1 new Mazda 3 in the showroom and 1 demo on the forecourt. If it's in Dumfries it'll be in most places.
Dumfries is NOT the centre of all things automotive retail.
