02 1.8 indicator not working - silvermx5
my right hand indicators have stopped working. the bulbs are OK and the left ones work. I can only find one fuse for the indicators. does anyone know if there are 2 seperate flasher units? or any other ideas.

Can any one help a lady in distress? I pressed the key to deactivate the alarm and only one side of the indicators flashed. Since then the right indicators do not work. They do not even click when I lift the stalk. I have tested the bulbs and they are OK. Can anyone help???? please!!!

only the left ones come on when i use the hazards and when i unlock the car with the fob!!! Do you know if the MX5 has 2 flasher units??

As far as I know your MX5 has only one flasher unit.

You mention an alarm being 'deactivated' with the key, and also unlocking with the fob, does this mean you have an 'after market' alarm fitted, or is it a proper Mazda job?

If is not a original Mazda alarm the first place I would look is the connections between the alarm and the indicator wires.

it,s just the normal mazda alarm. I pressed the fob and the right indicators stayed on until I got on the car and moved the stalk. Now they don,t work or make the clicking noise. the left is fine!!!
