I didn't realise it was an auto! I've driven auto's for 25 years and had no probs - apart from an old wreck of a Riley Kestrel that would shoot orf in reverse upon start up!
... funny thing is, I can jump into a manual and drive off as if we've never been apart.

Nice to see the Sun's high standard of journalism as usual. I feel they should offer a public aplology to all Micra drivers for getting the two mixed up!

I am not quite sure how this would have happened why didn't she just brake?
