If that is the car's regular parking place, (and this is highly possible) have you noticed all the oil spots under the front? Adjacent parking spaces are free from oil spots as far as one can tell...

In 1997 I bought a 3-yr old high spec G-wagon to take out to West Africa from a specialist Merc dealer near Frankfurt and I was highly impressed with the immaculate condition of the car, the low price and superb service from the dealer who threw in a load of top quality stuff - some for free, like the roof rack, snorkel & high lift jack and some at cost like 4 extra spare wheels and a huge box of spares.
