Perhaps those of you in this area could keep an eye on this over the coming year.
This sort of thing was tried in my area and surprise, surprise, seems that only the anti car merchants had a voice. Now this could be because they were the only ones to complete the survey or it could be that the others were simply ignored . Does any one else have a positive experience of these so called ' consultation exercises" ?
