Car trader - [Read only] - craig1108
Hello, I am planning to set up a LTD in order to sell car to customers. I am wondering that Is it illegal to be a car trader without premises ? What documents do i need to apply for in order to prove that i am a car trader in a car auction? Do i have to register a business address first (but without premises) or to get a trader license or motor trade insurance ?

What are the soultions to sell car quickly without transffering a name on the log book same as a car trader ?

If you have a quick search there was a thread on this very topic early this week.

You can trade on any premises providing the mortage company/landlord give you permision and also you let the local council know as you may need planning permision.

Indeed - no need for a new thread. Bump the old one up if you want.
