Vauxhall Corsa C (2000 - 2006) - 02 1 litre- semi-auto pulling/jolting

02 1 litre- semi-auto pulling/jolting - R Cowley
Hi, was wondering if anyone could help with this issue. I have a Vauxhall Corsa-semi-auto, 1 litre. It has recently been pulling/jolting, on occasions. It has also struggled to accelerate when i have taken it on the motorway which hasn't happened before.

Does anybody know what this problem could be? I haven't taken it to a garage yet as i'd quite like to get a heads up before i take it. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers

could be any number of things, have any lights come up on the dash recently, mass airflows are quiet common failur on these as is the crank sensors, i think that your first point of call would be a code read then report back as to the results, further help should be available from their. Regards TB

Cheers for that TB. I did have one light come up the other day but it hasn't done so since. It was the car with the spanner through it. Which i believe is something to do with the auto transmission, is that right? Thanks for your help definately useful.

yes its a non emmision effecting fault, if the orange light with an engine with a lighting bolt through is on then it is a emmision fault, so next thing is get the codes read and take further advice from there
