when it is raining water coming in to the passenger foot well and rear near side passenger foot well
floor in good condition any idea!

Check the scuttle area under the bonnet (the area between the base of the windscreen and engine bay), or more specifically make sure the drains aren't blocked. If water can't escape from this area then it enters the car through the pollen filter.

If water is entering through here then at some point the blower fan *could* seize up and blow the resistor pack. Several mentions of this over on vectra-c.com.

and i have another problem ...my car i changed brake pad ,,(all) after that when is drive is start to noiee.. nearly 2 -3 days now .today i seen my dash bord showing ABS WARNING light i could'nt understand ...can you give one advice plse;
