BMW 5-Series E60 (2003 - 2009) - 2004 3.0 fault codes

2004 3.0 fault codes - 001
I have a 2004 BMW 530d e60. Its showing check engine light. When we scan for faults
it shows codes P 1278 & P 3263. What are these codes for?Please and thanks
