Hi Guys,

Anyone had cruise control retrofitted to Audi A3 2007.

Can it be done, price ect???

It can be done. I think it needs the indicator stalk replacing. Should not be too expensive. But when I got it on my previous Golf and Passat it was about £200 on list price. No idea how much to retrofit this sort of thing.

Not to an A3, but I have had it retrofitted to my '07 A4 by these people : www.vwcruise.com/index.html

It was done at the same time has they retro-fitted my satnav, and IIRC it was £200. They did a cracking job - I'd recommend them (and in fact have; a friend had an IPOD adaptor fitted to his '07 A3 by them)

Blimey - they say the VW 130 TDi can be remapped to 185bhp. Bet that wouldn't last more than a few 1000 miles.

speak to audi as you have to plug the computer into it and if audi do the work you do not void the warranty on the car just in case something goes wrong after you have had it fitted. i know some dealers do a good rate for this sort of thing
