Vauxhall Corsa D (2006 - ) - 2007 1.2 Engine cutting out

2007 1.2 Engine cutting out - Galad
SWMBO's Corsa D (2007 petrol, 15k miles) has recently started to cut out both when idling and occasionally when accelerating through the lower gears; it's getting more frequent. Anyone got any ideas on the possible causes before I book it in for yet more warranty work to be done?

Engine management light has come on - back to the dealers today. Wish we had gone for the Yaris after all......
