are all the bleed nipples unblocked so they let out a proper amount of fluid? were they all tightened back up properly so haven't sucked in air? did you have the rear end jacked up when you were bleeding it? have you checked to make sure a rear wheel cylinder hasn't started leaking? how much pressure were you using with the easy bleed kit? ive found with some cars you need to use a bit more pressure.

Why would you jack the rear up to change a front flexi. Connect up a pipe with the end in a container and under the fluid in same. Open the nipple wide and fill the header right up now pump the pedal rapidly full stroke 6 times. Close nipple and fill the header. Now pressurise the sytem with a firm push on the pedal whilst another person cracks open the nipple and check for air, if no bubbles, nip it up and check the brake operation. Regards Peter

A tip: When doing any work where you need to open the brake fluid circuit, put some cling film over the master cylinder and screw back on the cap. It stops fluid pouring out, and after changing a hose I have got away with just bleeding that line.
I have also had problems bleeding the traditional way (pumping the pedal all the way down) of washing out the seals in the master cylinder. Requiring a new master cylinder or a rebuild kit (if you can still get them). Personally always love the Eezibeed system, or the more expensive type where you suck the system through a bleed nipple.

Good point I assumed he had sealed off the system when he removed the hose, if not then he will have to bleed the whole system. Regards Peter

i asked about the jacking situation as he mentioned doing it the old fashioned way which i took to mean doing all 4 nipples. ive found issues with a couple of fiesta's before when trying to bleed them with the rear end jacked up.

Have you adjusted up the rear shoes? this will make a huge differance to the pedal, slacken off handbrake first and adjust that latter.

Clamp all 4 flexi's do you have a strong/good pedal?

You can remove the bolts securing to the servo and pull back to see if any fluid has leaked pass the seals?

Does the servo work ok?
