Jaguar X-Type (2001 - 2009) - 05 2.0 Enable onboard computer?

05 2.0 Enable onboard computer? - Xtype
My xtype 2.0d Classic does not have an onboard computer. Is there anyway to enable this? Im surprised to see a car costing this much doesnt have one.
