Logging In Problems Again - Robbie
Is there a problem with Logging In again?

Usually it's just a matter of clicking "log in", but for the past few days I have had to keep entering my details, and there is no indication of "new" posts. This has coincided with using the New Internet Explorer 8 Beta. Could it be this, perhaps?

More than likely then. Sounds like the cookie file isn't getting stored, or is auto deleted upon closing your web browser.

I lost the 'new posts' indication a few days ago - back today.

Still have to log on each time to post.

I always have needed to log on to post. I'd think the change of browser has something to do with your problem. Check your cookie policy as suggested above. Can't be specific I am no expert.

I have un-installed IE 8, and am back on 7, and all is well.

I had previously deleted the cookies, and then logged on, and it was fine next time. However, at the next log on I had to go through the routine of entering everything instead of just logging on. Perhaps it was IE 8.
