Hi all,
Does anybody know how to remove the rear view mirror on an Omega. As far as I can see there seems to be two possible ways as the mirror assy is "mounted" on the glass to a carrier:
1) Slid up onto carrier
2) Snapped over carrier
I'm keen to know which as getting it wrong will cause damage.

Its the same as most other Vauxhall's it slides onto a metal plate thats glued to the windscreen you have to loosen a small socket screw with an allan key. The plate is stuck on with a special two pack adhesive, sticky pads & super glue dosen't work with the weight of Vauxhall mirrors.
