hi, anybody help me please? building a cylnder head onto a 3.0 tdi a4 year 2006, would anyone know the head bolt torque. i cant get my hands on any tech info............ thanks

For BMK and BNG engine codes; [listed for an A6 quattro] it's:-

New bolts. Criss-cross sequence. Four stages.

35Nm
60Nm
90 degrees
90 degrees

I am interested in why, it would have been warranteed surely at that age or are you using the engine in a different application.

Screlwoose is on the money but lets have an engine code. ? although both the common rail units for the A4 use new bolts and 35Nm, 60Nm, 90 degrees, 90 degrees. Regards Peter
