1999 1.6 Problem with mileage counter - liefy
Hi all,

When i started my 1999 Astra today the mileage counter was just showing as a whole series of dashes, however, the clock which records journey lengths etc is working.

Any ideas why one may be okay and the other isn't showing?

Needs a reset. 2 ways - disconnect battery for 5 mins (make sure you have the stereo code beforehand) or locate fuse 22 in the fusebox, and remove for 5 mins, then refit.

Hi mate, i took the fuse out for a few minutes and then refitted and BINGO! Cheers!
