This is the Zetec-SE (Sigma) engine, which has a timing belt rather than a timing chain. The water pump on this engine is driven by the auxiliary belt.
Not a difficult job, and can be done without disturbing the timing belt, although you need to remove the timing belt covers to get access to the water pump mounting bolts. You'll also need to swap the belt pulley from the old water pump to the new one before you fit it (four bolts), and remove the alternator and an idler pulley for access.
Cheers
