Peugeot 206 CC (2000 - 2007) - 02 1.6 high clutch biting point

02 1.6 high clutch biting point - jenki
i recently bought a 206cc 1.6 allure second hand. the only problem i seem to have with it is the clutch seems to bite at the very top, (and i mean at the top)
i have asked around and some people have said this is a normal biting point for this model of 206 cc, but its that high i am unsure whether this information is correct.

i was just wondering if anyone could offer me some advice, as to whether they know if it is normal, or if there sound like there may be a problem.

if anyone could advise me how to resolve it ie, if you could adjust it ( i have been told its a hydrollic clutch) or if it does sound like it will need replacing, i would be very grateful for your advice
