Here we go again. Its a conspiracy.

Yes it is a tragedy and is still being investigated.

I am sure we will see the driver charged with some serious offences.

And in view of the ongoing investigation I am sure the thread will be locked.

Matter being investigated by the Police and IPCC, likely to end up in Crown Court - so in accordance with site practice - locked until after the investigation has been concluded and its been to Court.
