Can anyone tell me the valve clearance of the 2006 Chevrolet Matiz 1000cc.I have got most of the information I need except these clearances.Thankyou for looking.

Intake 0.15±0.02 (0.0059±0.0008)
Exhaust 0.2±0.02 (0.00787±0.0008)

Hot
Intake 0.25±0.02 (0.0098±0.0008)
Exhaust 0.3±0.02 (0.0118±0.0008)

The only thing I'll add to this, is to forget the -ve part of the tolerance range.

Most attempts at setting valve clearance always end up with the valves too tight. This leads to valve seat damage, and rough running. It's best to set towards the upper range of the tolerance band if you can.
