Hi,
I have a clicking noise coming from under the bonnet.
have traces it to a small black match box sized box in the far top right corner (right under the corner of windscreen.
Any ideas on what this is?

Yes, probably the motorised air recirculation flap actutor is broken.A common fault on this model.Not a cheap fix,so best option is to disconnect the 2-pin plug to the unit.hth
