I think dodgy people advertise non existent vehicles at bargain prices to get you to ring a phone number that turns out to be premium rate, beware.

Not as dodgy as a Dodge Viper! LOL, it's the way I tell 'em!

I bet that's not his name . Buy that car for £5 k off him and I'll give you £7k for it the next day ..

that's an 0704 number - they rack up INCREDIBLE charges, pounds and pounds... an out and out scam. Ofcom, it goes without saying, are totally powerless to stop it.

070 prefixes ares used for personal numbers also known as a 'find-me-anywhere' services.
070 numbers cost up to 50p per minute from a landline (fixed line phone) but if you call from your mobile call costs will vary and you may be charged more.
PhonepayPlus regulates 070 numbers if they 'offer' premium rate-style services and the cost of the call exceeds 10p per minute.

Some 070 numbers will cost insane amounts from a mobile, up to £50 a minute and beyond. No joke! Remember, they say, "may cost more" from a mobile. Not kidding.
I believe 0704 is one of the worst. They do well because if you aren't thinking they look like mobile numbers.
Beware, as you may rest assured, the regulator is asleep.
