Hi All,
I'm trying to change the ignition switch on a 1998 406.
Screwloose has been giving me excellent advise in diagnosing an ignition switch electrical fault.
I have removed all the trim panels and wiring connectors now, but I just cannot release the ignition switch metal clip (behind the lock housing).
I've tried everything, and the clip itself is now all bent to bits, but is still in place. I don't want to use brute force in case I damage the lock housing ...
Any ideas ?
