03 2.0 tdi 150bhp steam coming from oil filler cap - paddybhoy

removed cylinder head, replaced worn camshaft & followers, replaced cylinder head using new gasket ect, rebuilt, car fired first time no more cam rattle but seemed to be a bit of back pressure from dipstick & filler cap at first thought it was steam but to be on safe side stripped engine replaced piston rings, rebuilt engine again fired it up now pretty sure that it is steam venting from dipstick & filler cap, any feedback will be appreciated, note had cylinder head pressure tested & skimmed when removed
